Refund policy

We make each piece to order, so we don’t accept returns or size-exchange requests for change of mind. If something arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you after a quick review.

Report an issue within 14 days. If your order isn’t right, email hello@sacredheartscollective.com within 14 days of delivery (per tracking).

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Short description of the issue
  • Clear photos: the full item and a close-up of the problem

No returns unless requested

Please don’t mail anything back unless we give you a specific return address. In most cases you can keep, donate, or recycle the item.

What’s not eligible

  • Buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size (we’re happy to help with sizing before you purchase)
  • Normal color or size variation within standard print/garment tolerances

Undeliverable / wrong address

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, we can reship once the address is confirmed; reshipping costs apply.

Shipping fees

Original shipping isn't refundable unless we made a mistake.
